(More customer reviews)I bought the GE Profile JVB67 to replace my 10 years-old but still working KitchenAid model to match up with my GE Profile Cooktop. However, within 12 months, it has broken twice. Since I was still under warranty, the GE repair guy came by and fixed it without any charge both times. Now, it's just over a year old, it's broken again; the same problem - the vent just slam down when I push the button to lower it, then a buzz sound doesn't go away and the vent never raised again. I have to unplug it. The repair guy told me that it happens a lot with the GE models. Now I have to spend several hundred dollars to fix it. I am shopping for a replacement, not a GE for sure. Look is not everything!
