(More customer reviews)The item is as expected....it should perform ok if one does not turn the flame or burner high enough to burn the wooden handle....a common complaint....also, the handle being wood will surely shrink from the heat and would have to be re-attached......but it is cheap and should work long enough to make it worthwhile....saw one yesterday at retail for $3.99 with a folding plastic covered handle.....looked cheaper than this one and I would rather have a scortched wooden handle than melted plastic.....
