(More customer reviews)The external supplier is terrible. The web site was happy to take my order and charge my credit card. ApplianceZone never notified me that the item was back ordered and had no expected delivery date. Further, the only way to contact them is through the online chat interface on their web page. After two weeks trying to get an answer, I finally gave up and tried to cancel the order. Again, there is no one to call. Is this what customer service has come to? Pitiful!
