(More customer reviews)J&R was great!! The stove was not. The stove came in about 2 weeks from NY. The box was not damaged but the stove was. It seems they packed a damaged stove. The right side was so bent that the drawer didn't close properly and in turn the oven door didn't open all of the way. I asked for a discount and J&R issued 10%. We went to hook the stove up and realized there was no wiring harness. It does not say anything about this in the online description. We purchased the stove for our apartment so we wouldn't have to convert to 220v; This stove is advertised as a 110v. When we read the back of the stove for wiring purposes, it said it was a 220v. Since we did not get what we expected, we sent it back for a full refund.
