(More customer reviews)I place may order on Dec 7 with delivery date between Dec 13~16. It's a gift for Christmas. One week late the supplier sent me an email say they won't ship the item until Dec 20. With ground or truck delivery, I was pretty sure it will miss the Christmas. I sent my order cancellation notice via email to this supplier on Dec 16, until today I still have not received the cancellation confirmation from them yet. Sent an other email again today Dec 22. what a nightmare!
