(More customer reviews)After replacing two motors in as many years, the Warrentech warranty people refused to fix it the second time.They simply backed OUT of the contract.
The Thermador motor was too loud from the beginning....and then self-destructs in a short time. Now, I have an expensive stove-top with no exhaust...and if I paid myself, it would only self-destruct again within months. Shame on Thermador and even MORE shame on Warrentech. They cannot EVER be trusted for warranties!
